Ms. Teresita Bonghanoy, Chief of the Internal Management Division of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)-Caraga asks PIA-Caraga Planning Officer Robert Roperos on the other Presidential branding campaign strategy aside from producing tarpaulins, during their regular Monday meeting held at DOLE-Caraga Conference Room yesterday (November 24). Atty. Nolasco Discipulo, DOLE-Caraga Mediator-Arbiter inquires PIA-Caraga Planning Officer Robert Roperos if there is a committees that will screen for the design and messages that will be used before mounting/installing the Presidential Branding Tarpaulins. Roperos, on the other hand said, should government offices make their own design and slogan/messages, they will seek the approval first from PIA before they will install/mount the tarps.
