Raphael Victor R. Villanueva, representing Butuan City Water District (BCWD), in his winning form and performance during the 22nd Northern Mindanao Natural Resources Management Council (NorMin-NRMC) Regional Oratorical Contest held recently in Cagayan de Oro City. Winning in the regional oratorical contest makes him qualify to represent BCWD and NorMin-NRMC to the 14th PAWD National Oratorical Contest to be held on February 11, 2009 at the Waterfront Hotel in Cebu City. Butuan City Water District (BCWD) contestants Judy Franchette A. Serapio (left) and Joel Angelo A. Valido (right) hold their trophies for winning Champion and 1st Runner-Up, respectively, in the Northern Mindanao Natural Resources Management Council (NorMin-NRMC) regional poster-making contest held recently in Cagayan de Oro City. Serapio won in the High School Level while Valido was named 1st Runner-Up in the Elementary level. Serapio is now the official representative of BCWD and NorMin-NRMC to the 14th PAWD National Poster-Making Contest to be held on February 11, 2009 at the Waterfront Hotel in Cebu City.
