14th Palarong Pampook 2011 in Surigao City

Photo shows first the 500 delegates from the Agusan del Norte division, second delegation is from Agusan Sur division with 300 delegates, third is from Bislig City with 225 delegates, fourth is from Butuan City division with 618 delegates, Dinagat division is the fifth with 115 delegates, sixth delegation from Siargao division with 200 delegates, seventh delegation is from Surigao del Sur division with 404 delegates, eight delegation is from Surigao City division, the co-host division, with 300 delegates, ninth delegates from Surigao del Norte division with 341 delegation, and around 350 officiating officials from different government schools in Surigao del Norte in their traditional parade during the opening ceremony of the 14th Palarong Pampook 2011 with the theme: “ Harnessing Youth Power through Quality Sports” held at Provincial Sports Complex, Surigao City.
