Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Caraga Regional Director Mercedita Jabagat bares that the beneficiaries of the Social Pension Program are those who are indigent senior citizens ages 77 and above, non pensioners of GSIS, SSS, veterans and are not receiving regular support from his/her children, during the launching of the Social Pension Program held recently in Seasons Park Apartelle, Tandag City.
