Ybañez, Philippine Society of Young Good Citizens (PSYGC) President and Chairman of the Board said that the 1st Mindanao Youth Congress on Good Citizenship which is slated on May 6-8 is aimed to instill into the minds and hearts of the youths the value of morality, nationalism, patriotism, and love for others through series of lectures and workshops on good citizenship.
