The Philippine Health (PhilHealth) Insurance Corporation through President and Chief Executive Officer Eduardo Banzon and Caraga Regional Vice President Johnny Sychua sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Butuan City government represented by Vice Mayor Atty.
