Vergara (second from left) receives a check amounting to more than
Php4.2million, representing the payment for premium in arrears of Metro
Cotabato Water District (MCWD) Chairman of the Board, Mr. Bimbo A. Sinsuat
(third from left). The said amount covers premium payments of MCWD employees
from June 1978 to March 1992. As a result, the GSIS membership of the 74 MCWD
employees has been restored to good standing, restoring their loan privileges.
