for abandoned children) through Sister Fatima Felisilda, held recently at the Department
of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Caraga Regional Covered Court, Butuan City.

Sister Fatima Felisilda of the Balay Silonganan (home
for abandoned children) acknowledges all the regional directors who are active
members of the Association of Caraga Executives (ACE) and the people behind the
Rotary Club of Butuan for their generosity. She further express her
appreciation to the efforts of the officials considering that after the
construction of the Balay Silonganan, the Rotary and partners now gave another
blessing to the abandoned children, which is the service vehicle (jeepney). (PIA-Caraga)
