Couples representing different government
agencies are shown here convening at the Goat2geder Hotel and Restaurant,
Butuan City for the Regional Parents Education Congress spearheaded by the Department
of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Caraga. Said activity is in line with
this year's National Filipino Family Week celebration. The invited couples discuss,
share their ideas/experiences on the following topics: 1) Information Choice in
Planning a Family; 2) Health Risks to Marital Relationship; 3) Managing Time with
