Caraga Youth Leaders' Network turns-over the Butuan City Youth Code to Vice Mayor Lawrence Fortun

The Butuan City Youth Code, crafted and proposed by the Caraga Youth Leaders' Network (CYLN) through its CEO and chairperson Rex F. Ybanez (5^th from left) is formally turned-over to Vice Mayor Atty. Lawrence Fortun on February 11, 2013 at the latter's office. Once the Youth Code pass, the local government of Butuan City will be the first local government in Mindanao to have such legislative mandate to provide sustainable services and programs for the youth.
