Agents of Change Forum participated by the information officers from government
agencies and local government units in Caraga held at Almont Hotel’s Inland
Resort, Butuan City on July 31. Director Esguerra addresses to information
officers that the credibility of communication lies in what they say. “I'm

audience in various levels of knowledge the Regional Development Plan of

(NEDA) Caraga regional director Mylah Faye Aurora Cariño shared to the
information officers from the government agencies and local government units in
Caraga the Spatial Development Framework of the Regional Development Plan
2013-2016 during the Agents of Change Forum held at Almont Hotel's Inland
Resort, Butuan City on July 31. She said
the plan involves deconcentration of functions and develops areas of
