DTI-Caraga regional director Brielgo Pagaran
(standing in front) announces during the media briefing held at their regional
office in Butuan City, that the department has met its 1st semester targets for
its Grassroots Participatory Budgeting (GPB) project fund releases. According
to him, the department has released 50 percent of its P87.96-M GPB project
funds to 72 percent of the 130 GPB projects in Caraga region. These
accomplishments met and exceeded the department’s mid-year commitments which
were 50 percent budget utilization rate and 62 percent implementation rate,
