Adelito Mendoza of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Caraga presents the issues and concerns raised during the previous meetings of the Regional Committee for the Welfare of Children (RCWC). One of the issues raised was that, there is no child representative in RCWC Caraga for two years now. The members had agreed that the committee will furnish guidelines on the selection of a child representative in RCWC the soonest.
