Mr. Japhet Floria of Monitor Today throws his question to PNP personnel PCINSP Roy Magsalay of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Caraga Regional Office and SP01 Rey Poloyapoy of Butuan City Police Office (BCPO). Floria aks if there are assigned PNP personnel in barangays in Butuan City who are tasked to monitor and apprehend violators. The Police Officer also distributed hardcopies to the media for reference during the press conference of the Department of Health (DOH) Caraga on “FOURmula Kontra Paputok Campaign 2008” held recently in Butuan City. Those who will be caught will be penalized to ensure public safety.
