Mr. Japhet Floria of Monitor Today throws his question to PNP personnel PCINSP Roy Magsalay of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Caraga Regional Office and SP01 Rey Poloyapoy of Butuan City Police Office (BCPO). Floria aks if there are assigned PNP personnel in barangays in Butuan City who are tasked to monitor and apprehend violators.
