Following the question asked by a broadcaster during the media briefing held on Tuesday (December 16) at DTI-Caraga Conference Room in Butuan City, Trade and Industry Development Specialist Chief Loriejane Sacote of DTI-Regional Office pointed out that product companies have their own standard operating procedures whether or not they will entertain repair of products that are purchased in their company. She explained that if the product is still under warranty, the customer-owner must bring the said product to the establishment where they purchased the product to avail of warranty services.
