Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Caraga Regional Executive Director (RED) Edilberto Buiser expresses his gratitude to all co-government employees. “As we celebrate today the National Flag Day, let the heroism, the strength and the resolve of Juan “John” Calo be our inspiration to show that the national government agencies in the region and the local government units and its political leaders are one in our pursuit for a better Caraga,” RED Buiser said.
