Forestry Management expert Ali M.Bari (left) accepts the documents and other responsibilities as the newly assigned Regional Technical Director of the DENR Forest Management Services from the outgoing RTD Virigilio dela Cruz who will go back to his former office at the Ecological Research and Development (ERDS) also at the regional office while the Regional Executive Director Edilberto S.
