The Association of CARAGA Executives headed by Mr. Joecel F. Obenza, President and Regional Director of the Department of Budget and Management-Caraga with his member agencies turn-over the Brand New Panasonic Refrigerator worth of P15, 990.00 including the gift packages to the Project Destiny Kids Shelter House during its Christmas party, held recently at the Narra Compound, Barangay Bading, Butuan City.
