COMPOSTING: A staff of the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) Caraga conducts lecture and demonstration about waste composting before the students and Faculty of Surigao del Norte College of Agriculture and Technology campus in Mainit, Surigao del Norte prior to the arrival of President Gloria Macapagal Arrroyo in that school on Wednesday. The DENR headed by Regional Executive Director for Caraga Region Edilberto S. Buiser (fifth from left at the background) gave instructions to all his field personnel to intensify the campaign about proper solid waste management at every rural barangay in accordance with the instruction of DENR Secretary Horacio C.
