BEST EXHIBIT: Teachers and students from various schools in Surigao City mill around the booth of the DENR featuring the rich natural resources and bio diversity of Caraga Region during the recent 2nd Calagan Festival Celebration held at the Provincial Sports Complex in Surigao City. The event organizer has cited the DENR-Caraga Region as the “Best Exhibitor –Regional Line Agency Category” among other participants put up by the various regional agencies in that event.
