Butuan City Bishop Most. Rev. Juan Dios Pueblos, lead Convenor of Caraga Conference for Peace and Development (CCPD) formally opens the Dialogue Mindanao, consultation on Government of the Republic of the Philippines and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front peace negotiations, during the ‘Dialogue Mindanao’, held recently at Bishop's Home, St. Peter's Seminary, Barangay Ampayon, Butuan City. Speaker from Mindanao Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) - Dr. Guimba Poingan discusses the importance of solving the Government of the Republic of the Philippines (GRP) and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) conflict. He also stresses that ‘the MILF is the largest armed group in Mindanao…that there are six major issues arising from GRP-MILF negotiations, which are as follows: identity, homeland, resources, governance, security and relationship’, during the Dialogue Mindanao, held recently at Bishop's Home, St. Peter's Seminary, Barangay Ampayon, Butuan City.
