Regional Census Coordination Board (RCCB) chaired by National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Caraga Regional Director Carmencita Cochingco supports the 2010 National Census of Population and Housing (CPH). In her statement, she points out that CPH is very important to government policy makers especially in allocation of resources and is relative to basic services for health, education, housing and others, during a press conference, held recently at Luciana Inn, Butuan City.
