Philippine Information Agency (PIA) Caraga OIC-Regional Director Abner M. Caga receives the Plaque of Recognition from Major General Victor A. Felix, Commander of the 4th Infantry Division, Philippine Army for his invaluable support rendered to 4th Infantry (Diamond) Division, Philippine Army in utilizing the tri-media in Butuan City, and for facilitating the negotiation with the informal settlers and other stakeholders at Bancasi Military Reservation which resulted to the successful eviction of said settlers, during the awarding ceremony of stakeholders in time with its 41st founding anniversary with the theme: “41 years of Service and Commitment” , held Monday, Feb. 21, 2011 at the Camp Edilberto Evangelista, Cagayan de Oro City.
