PARO II Benjamin M. Mataksil of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Surigao del Sur discusses the AVA (Agri-business Venture Arrangement) in the Agrarian Reform Areas pursuant to Administrative Order No. 09, Series of 2006, together with (from left) MARO Esteban Dumagan, Mayor Donelle Polizon of Tagbina, Surigao del Sur and the SUMIFRU Representative Edgar de Guzman for their application or intention to engage Banana Plantation of about 1,500 hectares in the nine (9) barangays of Tagbina, Particularly in the MAMANSOBAS and POMASA ARC’s last March 28, 2011.
