68th Regional Development Council Meeting

Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) Sec. Luwalhati Antonino is flanked by some officials of the Caraga Regional Development Council (RDC) during the 68th Council Meeting held Thursday (July 14) at the Philippine Gateway Hotel, Surigao City. Ms. Bernadette Balamban, Division Chief of the Poverty, Labor, Human Development and Gender Statistics of the National Statistics and Coordination Board (NSCB) receives a Plaque of Appreciation from Surigao del Norte Governor and Regional Development Council (RDC) Chair Dr. Sol F. Matugas during the 68th Council Meeting held Thursday (July 14) at the Philippine Gateway Hotel, Surigao City. Ernn Andre Torregoza of Bonifacio Elementary School in Surigao City is one of the three students from Caraga Region who was awarded “Mga Bagong Rizal: Pag-asa mg Bayan” award in the national level.
