Ms. Rebecca Atega, Officer-In-Charge of Regional Agriculture and Fisheries Information Division of the Department of Agriculture (DA) orients the participants on the Organic Agriculture Program during the 5th “ConsumerNet Meets the Public” Forum held recently at the Agusan del Norte Electric Cooperative (ANECO) Multipurpose Hall, J.C.
