Butuan City Mayor Ferdinand Amante Jr. stresses that “Today is the beginning of change for all Butuanons,” during the press conference held Friday, Nov. 11, 2011 in time with the full implementation of "Clean Ground, Zero Waste" program of the city government. Mayor Amante expresses his hope that Butuanons will learn how to convert wastes into money, as well as converting wastes into organic fertilizers through waste segregation at source. (PIA-Caraga)
