Butuan City Water District (BCWD) General Manager Anselmo L. Sang Tian poses with the trophies received by BCWD during the 33rd PAWD National Convention held recently at Radisson Blu Hotel in Cebu City. Trophies (left to right): Plaque of Merit awarded to GM Anselmo L. Sang Tian for his efforts as PAWD Oversight Committee chairman which led to the approval of the Local Water Districts – manual on the Categorization, Re-categorization and Other Related Matters (LWD-MaCRO) that serves as a general framework to ensure the efficient and sustainable water district operation and management, ultimately fulfilling their mandate of providing adequate, potable and affordable water; trophy awarded to BCWD for producing the Champion – Elementary Level in the 1st PAWD National Science and Math Quiz; and the First Place trophy of the 2011 PAWD Best Publication Award given to Breakwater.
