The Department of Education (DepEd) Caraga
Administrative Region launches their all-in- one program through the
inauguration of the newly-constructed Regional Education Learning Center
(RELC), Learning Resource Materials Development Center (LRMDC), and DepEd-Caraga
Dormitory. DepEd-Caraga Regional Director Gloria Benigno emphasizes that the
LRMDC is funded by the Australian Agency for International Development
