OIC-Regional Director Engr. Ester Olavides bares that the Environmental
Education Committee led by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources
(DENR) and EMB will be spearheading the Regional Ecological Solid Waste
Management Summit (ESWM) on September 12, 2012 in Butuan City with invited
speakers to talk on environmental issues and concerns and other related topics,
