National Statistics Office (NSO) Caraga Regional
Director Rosalinda Celeste-Apura bares that there are some 900 special civil
registry transactions that were recorded as of August 2012 and only 40.1 % was
recorded for the on-time completion rate. Because of this, NSO is doing
everything to counter/resolve this problem, during the press conference on Special
