In line with the preparations and conduct of the
May 2013 elections, the Butuan City Police Office (BCPO) in partnership with
the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) is spearheading the Peace Covenant
Signing of the local officials, candidates, and partner stakeholders held recently
at the Agusan del Norte Provincial Covered Court, Butuan City. Students of
Agusan National High School also witnessed the activity and participated in the
