Col Ronald Albano, outgoing Commanding Officer of
402nd Infantry (Stingers) Brigade, 4ID, Philippine Army expresses his profound
gratitude to all his comrades for their support during his command for 14
months at the Camp Bancasi, Butuan City. He also assured that he will pursue

Col Cresente Maligmat, accepts his functions and
responsibilities as the new Acting Commanding Officer of the 402nd Infantry
(Stingers) Brigade, 4ID, Philippine Army at the Camp Bancasi, Butuan City, with
the presence of MGEN Nestor Anonuevo, Commander, 4ID, Philippine Army and presiding
officer. Maligmat also give thanks to former commanding officer Col Ronald Albano
