The Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) in
Butuan City is shown here conducting the "Communication Skills Workshop: A
Training on Public Speaking" with the members of the Regional Youth
Advisory Council (RYAC) from government agencies and partner stakeholders, held
recently at the Almont Hotel’s Inland Resort. Said training is facilitated by
the office of the city mayor’s in coordination with the Toastmasters
International composed of Butuan City, Cagayan de Oro and Iligan City.
