Illegally-posted campaign materials were removed
from trees, electric posts and areas which are not allowed by the Commission on
Elections (COMELEC) during the “Operation Langkat” headed by Butuan City
Election Officer Atty. Ernie Palanan. With the team are the Special Weapon and
Tactics (SWAT) Unit, volunteers and Philippine Information Agency (PIA) Caraga

housed at the Father Saturnino Urios University (FSUU) Morelos Campus. PCOS
