election partners from different government agencies in recognition of their
invaluable support and cooperation that greatly contributed in the successful
conduct of the May 13, 2013 National and Local elections. The event, which was
held at Guingona Park, formed part of the 115th Philippine Independence Day
celebration in Butuan City.
