Commission on Population (PopCom) Executive
Director Rosalinda Marcelino bared that the final status of the Reproductive
Health (RH) Law which is temporarily on restraining order by the Supreme Court will
be released on July 9, 2013. She also hoped that the result will be in favor of
the law, during a press conference held recently at the Prince Hotel, Butuan
