the effects brought about by Typhoon Sendong in Mindanao which is considered
one of the impacts of climate change, held recently at the Father Saturnino

University, Butuan City dubbed “IMPACT: When Nature Strikes Back” is aimed to
enhance peoples’ awareness on the impact of climate change and promote
preparedness among individuals to reduce the risks during disaster/calamity. Mascariñas
encourages the students to share their knowledge on climate change adaptation
