Voters' Registration for the 2013 SK & Barangay Election, held at the Butuan City Comelec Office

As early as 3:00 am on July 22, 2013, the first day of registration, several youths and adults from different barangays are already falling in line outside Butuan City Commission on Election (Comelec) Office to avail of the registration for this year's SK and barangay election.
