Regional Director Abner Caga, emphasizes during the Coronation of 2013
Nutrition King and Queen by the City Social Welfare and Development, that
parents are blessed to have their children and should not maltreat them
whenever they (children) commit mistakes, instead, embrace them and let them
understand the things that they shouldn't be doing. "It is only by showing
