“Iba na ang Panahon: Science for Safer Communities" Information, Education and Communication (IEC) Campaign in Surigao City

First Congressional District of Surigao del Norte representative Francisco T. Matugas acknowledges the importance of science and technology in every human life during the “Iba na ang Panahon Information, Education and Communication (IEC) campaign in Surigao City on April 29. Solidum said that Philippines is prone to many natural hazards due to geologic and geographic setting during the "Iba na ang Panahon: Science for Safer Communities" early warning, early action forum held in one of the hotels in Surigao City on April 29.
