Mayor Ramon Calo of the municipality of Carmen
in Agusan del Norte delivers his State of the Municipality Address (SOMA) in
time with the celebration of its 65th Araw ng Carmen dubbed as the Kabayawa
Mango Festival on July 1 at the Rama Municipal Gym with the theme, “Padayon nga
Kalambuan, Produkto sa Maayo nga Panggamhanan." Mayor Calo said that a
total of P309,630.68 was released for financial & medical assistance and
P110,000 assistance was extended to PWDs & Senior Citizens for the year 2013.
He also said that the Kabayawa-Poblacion Farm to Market Road in his
municipality was completed in year 2013 with a total budget of P11 million.
