DBM Secretary Rolando Andaya, Jr. cuts the ceremonial ribbon of the newly-constructed DBM-Caraga Regional Office which was inaugurated Thursday (March 19, 2009) in Butuan City. Assisting Sec. Fr. Joseph Borja of Holy Redeemer Parish, Butuan City officiated the ceremonial blessing of DBM-Caraga Regional Office in Butuan City on March 19. Aside from the division offices of the department, the building also houses sports facilities like badminton court, table tennis venue, and a mini-gym for workout. (Robert E. Roperos, PIA-13)
