Stakeholders of the City Peace and Order Council (CPOC) convened recently to discuss issues pertaining to peace and security in Butuan City during the CPOC meeting held at the Conference Room-2, City Hall, Butuan City. (Jennifer P. Gaitano, PIA-Caraga)
LTC Cristobal Zaragoza (extreme left), Commander 30IB, 4ID of the Philippine Army informs members of the council that the communist terrorists (CTs) were casing the power barge in Nasipit, Agusan del Norte when they encountered the government troops operating in the area as evidenced by the sketch recovered from the captives, which was confirmed also by Ka "Benzar" and Ka "Amor" when they were confronted by SUPT Benzon Leleng and LTC Zaragoza themselves.
