Members of the City Peace and Order Council (CPOC) from the government line agencies, local government unit (LGU), private sector, Philippine Army, and PNP are shown here convening for a meeting at the City Mayor’s Office (CMO) Conference Room-2, Butuan City. LT Esteban Mangabat of the Philippine Army cites a short report on the peace and order situation of the city. LT Mangabat points out that so far, the city is quite peaceful and refers LTC Cristobal Zaragoza, 30IB, 4ID Commander of the Philippine Army to personally report on the city’s peace and order situation on the next schedule of the City Peace and Order Council (CPOC) Meeting, held recently at the City Mayor’s Office (CMO) Conference Room-2, Butuan City.
