Butuan City Mayor Democrito Plaza II (extreme right) appreciates the willingness of the former rebels to join the government again and encourages them to report to authorities any known member/s of the communist terrorist so that the government could also help them in starting a new life peacefully. Mayor Plaza also assures that whoever from the members of the communist terrorists will surrender, he/she will also be given cash assistance for livelihood from the government’s fund.
