Some members of the committee for the ‘Clean
Ground Zero Waste’ Program' of Butuan City Government discuss updates on the
implementation of the said program in the different barangays/villages in the
city. The committee also assesses the performance of garbage collectors in
implementing the schedule of garbage collection, held recently during a meeting
