Outgoing Regional Executive Director of the
Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Caraga Leonardo
Sibbaluca (left) turns-over the symbolic key of responsibility to the incoming
RED Marlo D. Mendoza at a simple ceremony held Thursday at the DENR-Caraga
Training Center in Barangay Ambago, Butuan City. Mendoza says he will work
closely with the various organizations in Caraga Region to promote the social
program of President Benigno S. Aquino III on agri-business to improve the
lives of the people in the countryside with less dependence on logging. (Eric
