Regional Selection Committee of the Regional
Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (RDRRMC) led by the Office of
Civil Defense (OCD) Caraga validates the entries submitted by the local
government units and different schools in Caraga for the Gawad KALASAG Search,
held recently at the OCD-Caraga Regional Office, Butuan City. The KALASAG
stands for KAlamidad at Sakuna LAbanan SAriling Galing ang Kaligtasan or Fight
for Calamity and Accidents, Self Excellence for Safety. (PIA-Caraga)
