Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Agusan del Norte-Butuan City Chapter chair of Board of Directors and Butuan City Prosecutor Felixberto Guiritan stresses during the opening program of the Million Volunteer Run that through this activity whose participants are wearing red shirts constitute a "Sea of Red" that will break all records as the largest run ever staged in the history of the world. "We will be making a statement that the Phils is a Red Cross Volunteer capital of the world," he said. (PIA-Caraga)
